:( Vacation coming to an END.& Some healthy meals to have in the morning! :)

I love having small vacations from school. I mean who wouldn't?! There are time that I get all moody because of a constant routine of waking up and going to school. Everyday I wake up at 6 in the morning, feeling tired and just dead... I walk to the bathroom for 30 minutes to take a shower and other things, then go back to my room and get dressed. I don't know if it is just me, but doing this everyday does make me moody. I have to change up the week or just take a break. That's why once I come back to school from a big vacation I feel so refreshed and energized! Leave in the comments below if you feel the same way. I would love hear your thoughts! 

Anyways, I'm going to be telling you about some healthy food options that you can have in the morning, that will give you a lot of energy for the day.  :



  • When I get up in the morning the first thing I have is water. I drink a bottle of water before doing anything.(and look at twitter, youtube, instgram) but at the same time I'm drinking water. 
  • When I get done with that, I head to the bathroom and get ready. Once I'm done with getting dressed and ready, I walk to the kitchen and grab a banana. Bananas are yummy, delicious, and really good things to have in the morning. It contains a lot of natural sugars and will give you much needed energy. (I usually eat that while preparing my main meal.)
  • For my breakfast, I eat whatever I'm craving. Some days I want oatmeal, other days I want a bowl of fruit. It just really depends on what sound good to me right now. Now if I was some oatmeal, I take one of those instant packs, but before opening the packet you should really look at the nutrition label. Try to stay away from packets that are high in sugar, sodium, and labels that you can't pronounce. If you can't pronounce it, then you shouldn't be eating it. Also if your really determined to have a very healthy breakfast in the morning, do a little research. Now some people use milk in their oatmeal, but I really like to use water. It's another great source to get water in the morning. I really like to have some cinnamon in my oatmeal. It's really yummy and adds some flavor to my oatmeal! Now you can add some fruits, but I just eat it as is. I do drink a mug of 2% milk or some more water. However I really like to have some milk with my oatmeal. It's like cookies and milk. Its a MUST!  
  • The other option, if I am not craving oatmeal is fruit bowl. This is really healthy for you, because it's fruits in a bowl! You can add whatever fruits that you love and just really have fun with it! I love bananas, grapes, oranges and strawberries. So I usually just put a ton of those in the bowl and have a big cup of water to drink. You can add how many as you want and what you want! So that is really fun! 
  • If I not craving that then, I eat some eggs&toast. Now I don't like boiled eggs, I prefer scrambled eggs. I turn on my oven to the number 5 and let the pan get hot while I prepare the eggs. I grab a round bowl and start to crack 2 eggs. I put milk and some seasoning inside of it then mix it up. Sometimes I put cinnamon, but not often. I grab some butter from my fridge and put it all around the pan. This is important if you don't want your eggs sticking to the pan. I put my eggs in the pan and wait for it to get less liquidity. Once I see it being less liquidity, I flip it. Now this is the hardest thing for me to do! I ALWAYS fail..! However it doesn't matter, because we are going to break it apart anyways. Once it is done, I put it all on a plate and have some toast. I have a big cup of water and some grapes&oranges on the side.

So that is some healthy meals that I have in the morning! These meals are so healthy&delicious. They also give you a lot of energy for the day!
